For deliveries in Geneva and Lausanne areas we aim to deliver your order in the next 12 hours with our dedicated courier service. We pack all your orders in a specially developed insulated box with Ice-Pack blocks. The combination allows for correct temperatures to be maintained during transportation for 48 hours. ​ Upon delivery, please remove caviar from the packaging as soon as possible and follow our conservation guidelines. ​ Should you wish, the Ice-Pack blocks can be re-used.
