GENERAL
The iconecaviar.com website is an online shopping service from ICONE WORLD SA for customers in Switzerland.
By ordering a product on the site, you acknowledge having read and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. For further information, please contact us by info@iconecaviar.com.
PURCHASING TERMS
You must meet the following requirements to place an order on this site:

PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale by ICONE WORLD SA are those that appear on the day you consult the site, subject to availability. In the event that a product is unavailable, our Customer Service Department will notify you by email as soon as possible of cancellation or partial delivery of your order. We will immediately ship you those items that are available, with the remainder of the order to be shipped at a later date. Divided orders will not result in any extra shipping charges for express orders.
PRICES
All product prices appear in the respective currency of each boutique. Applicable prices are those appearing on the site at the time you place your order, with the exception of typographical errors. Prices include all taxes, particularly VAT applicable on the day the order is placed. However, product shipping fees and duties will be added to the total order price and specified in the order summary.
Prices are subject to VAT and any change to legal VAT rates will be reflected in the prices of products offered on the site as of the date specified in the decree instituting the change. Currency exchange fees and bank charges may apply to purchases made with a credit card connected to a bank account located outside Switzerland. The customer is solely responsible for payment of such fees and charges.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time and without prior notice. However, such modifications will not concern orders accepted prior to such modifications taking effect, subject to availability of the items ordered.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made immediately upon placing the order. You can pay using the following credit and debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, V Pay, Apple pay, Google pay, Diners Club, Discover and Union Pay and select cryptocurrencies.
Our payment partner Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, an Irish company located at The One Building, Lower Grand Canal St, Dublin 2, Ireland, registration number 513174 and PinwheelPay 41 Corsham St. Suite 1042, London, LND, N1 6DR, United Kingdom ensure that payments are processed in accordance with the highest security standards.
We guarantee that we never have access to confidential information concerning the payment method used for your order.

DELIVERY
Products will be delivered to the address indicated on the order confirmation.
Caviar and other products that require a temperature-controlled environment are packaged using suitable refrigerated packaging.
In order not to interrupt the cold chain, it is important that you personally receive the package.
It is important that you check the outside of the packaging before accepting it from the delivery person.
The following delivery options are available:
Express Delivery:
Any order placed before 1:00 pm will be delivered the next morning to your home by Post Express.
Deliveries are made Tuesday to Saturday, usually before 9:00 am.
There are no deliveries made on Sunday or Monday!
Delivery from Tuesday to Saturday
Delivery costs are CHF 24.-- tax included. Free for orders above CHF 50.—
As an example, order placed before 01:00 pm day A is delivered by Swiss Post Express on the next day (day B).
Order placed after 01:00 pm day A is delivered by Swiss Post Express on the day after next (day C)
Same Day Delivery:
Same day delivery for orders placed before 01:00 pm.
Available for postal codes starting with 12**; 10**; and 11**.
The following pricing applies:
For postal codes starting with 12**, the delivery price is CHF 60.--.
For postal codes starting with 11**, the delivery price is CHF 120.--.
For postal codes starting with 10**, the delivery price is CHF 220.--.
Pickup:
We offer the possibility to pick up your order directly at our headquarters, at the following address:

Switzerland.
ICONE e-Boutique customer service is open from Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 05:00 pm,.
We deliver to all of Switzerland. For other delivery locations please contact our headquarters directly.
CONFIRMATION
You will automatically receive a confirmation of your order to your email address. This confirmation again mentions the exact details of your purchase and constitutes a copy of your invoice.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
